HEF 206 and HEF 207emulsion blends are a mixture of HEF emulsion with porous ammonium nitrate prills, formulated for surface mining and quarrying applications. Emulsion blends are formulated for both dry-hole and wet-hole conditions, suitable for hole diameters of 120 mm and above. This emulsion blend is not packaged but transported and stored as bulk product. BME is able to formulate any ratio of emulsion to porous ammonium nitrate. HEF 100 is a booster sensitive Bulk Emulsion designed for opencast mines. HEF 100 is a low viscosity black emulsion specially formulated using re-cycled oil/alternative fuel. It is sensitised to a cup density of 0.9 – 1.2 g/cm3 by using a suitable sensitising agent. HEF 60 and HEF 70 are derivatives of HEF100 specifically for use in BME’s blended emulsions (HEF 206 and HEF). HEF 100 formulations are available for reactive ground conditions.245.47 KB Download
